Posting this photo to hold myself accountable. I've been good at having a pretty healthy and balanced diet for some years now, but haven't been consistent about working out. I'm always busy and don't have tons of time in my life to go to the gym... or so I told myself. I'm afraid it'll take up the small amount of free time I do have, but I finally realized.. what's wrong with that? I should feel happy and excited to make my body the best it can be. I've suffered from intense back/shoulder/neck pain since I can remember, and I know it boils down to one significant thing.. making myself and my muscles stronger so that I'm not constantly straining my body. I had a great workout today and I'm so excited to see what I can and WILL do💪🏼I know I have a lot of work to do, but this is the real me and I want to make myself the best version that I can. It's just the beginning guys!
