Yesterday I was able to push play despite being beyond exhausted after having a stomach bug, and a baby girl that was up every hour on the hour. It felt half assed, but I did it 💪🏻 today I showed up again feeling more energized and thankful that I did it yesterday.
If you would've known me a few years back, I would come up with excuses to miss my workout 🤷♀️Now it's just a part of my day! I find time to squeeze it in, because it is ONLY 30 minutes. Whether that's waiting for nap time, using my lunch break or waiting for the hubs to get home so he can take baby girl, I make it a priority! I do this because I LOVE myself ❤️ and I want to take of myself... body, mind and soul!
