One thing about preparing for a competition is the mental game it plays. I feel really flat and depleted, but you must trust your own process (or coaches) without any doubts. I have a special treat for myself tomorrow ⚔️

Change happens when you open your mind and do new things. Before we make a commitment to change, we’re often having a debating match in our heads: “I want to lose weight, BUT it’s too hard”. “I want to sign up to the gym, BUT I have no time”. “I want to eat better, BUT it takes too much effort”. The excuses will continue so you just gotta take the plunge.
And once you prove to yourself that you can do it a first time, you’re going to be more capable to make the decision to keep repeating those positive behaviours, which you once used to dread! 12 days 'til Singapore. 🙈 Time for a shred update. ✊ I've increased cardio to 5x per week and am feeling so FIT! The Stairmaster and I have a love/hate relationship. 😅 Weight training 4x a week and diet has been super low fat. This week I'll reduce carbs slightly 😭 but don't worry @braydenpaver and I are planning eggplant schnitzels for our cheat meal. 😍😍😍
