Ladies, you can train chest, get a great pump (and look a little crazy) and still look like a women.
I know that when I’m mid workout with pump and all I can look a bit intense at times. That doesn’t mean I don’t look feminine outside the gym.
🔴 Please note!!! I train chest heavy and full workouts, similar to many men. You don’t have to train chest as much as I do and not as heavy.
🔵 I also eat 7 meals per day and big high carb portions around my workouts. This makes me gain muscle faster than someone that doesn’t eat and train in the same way. Girls don’t be scared to push hard! 😉
