Transform your negative and ungrateful thoughts into a positive one 🌻 Become a aware of what you are thinking and be aware of the negativity - this helps me to ground myself and become mindful about what I'm thinking and what's around me. These are called ANTS -automatic negative thoughts, it happens to all of us don’t worry.
I was a negative Nancy about absolutely everything. I felt like my life was crumbling around me, that my job was giving me depression and that I was living the life ‘that I planned for myself’. I was constantly wishing that something would help me out of the state that I was in. And may you notice that I was ‘wishing’, I wasnt acting which therefore never gave me the outcome that I wanted. For years I would give up on what I wanted to achieve so it never happened and then I would fall back into self doubt and torture myself day in, day out. .
Ever since I joined the gratitude gang it has transformed me emotionally, mentally and physically. I have never felt so motivated, positive and grateful for everything I have achieved so far and for who is in my life. The support that I receive on a daily basis from all the girls is so empowering. Now my mindset is at peace and I know my goals will fall into place if I work for them. if I fall off the wagon I pick myself back up and realise it’s just a bump in the road and it will never make me give up! For everything you want in your life you have to work for, it can’t just be handed to you. At the moment my favourite saying to live by is positive mind, positive vibes, positive life and I truly think it’s the key to success.
