And my come back has officially started! I can't wait to see the progress I will have with this move in 4 weeks. I could totally tell that I have missed my workouts. It's been 3 months since I could get a decent workout in and I could feel it. 30 minutes and by the last set I was breathing hard and my core was shaking. But I didn't stop. Now day 1 is in the books!
