Day 21 of the #21dayworkoutchallenge
! If you did this challenge with me, you’ve complete 1,050 burpees these last 3 weeks! If you are an over achiever like me, you’ve done well over 2,100 burpees! Pretty rad when you look at it that, way I think.
Tomorrow I start another challenge. I asked you guys what challenge you wanted and abs won....by a lot haha. For 21 days, get ready for killer ab workouts. The workouts will be 30 minutes of intense core work….I’ll change it up everyday. All exercises are going to be body weight, so #nogymrequired
I’m challenging myself too: YOGA everyday for 4 weeks! I bought a membership at The Studio here in Reno NV. My goal is to not to touch a weight✋, all body weight exercises and I am requiring myself to go to yoga class before I hit the gym. I’m doing this because 1️⃣I need a change, 2️⃣I suck at yoga and want to be good at it, 3️⃣meditate and become more in touch with myself and intuition, and4️⃣ excel at something else. I’ve been going to the gym and excelling at lifting/HIIT workouts for 5 years🙀...that’s where that muscle comes from... 5 years of non stop effort...even when I felt like quitting or I didn’t see results I pushed through and have built the body I always dreamed of having. If you read my about me on my site, I talk about that - I no longer look to other women and desire for their body. I have worked and studied a longggg time to feel comfortable in my own skin and I have never been more confident or happy. ✌️#bodypositive
Anyways!!!! I feel like it is time to move on and try new things. As I can’t post my yoga sessions (someone else will be instructing me) I will keep you updated in the core workout videos I’ll be posting over the next 21 days! .
