Coffee Read Below! ⚡
On the first day of my Parisian vacation, I was taken on an exploratory journey of experimentation with the finest of coffees, that cannot be topped, of all my previous experiences. It happened in Braun Notes (@BraunNotesCoffee), at the hands of this talented barista (@Mr_Ice92). Kicking off with a Salvadoran single origin espresso, with an exquisite profile of notes, milk chocolate contributed by the coffee's creamy body, harmonizing with a nutty and caramelly finish. When my friend commented that it feels like you've just completed a bar of Snickers, I was left with no better explanation and I take my hat off. Seeing how I seriously appreciate and indulge in enjoying my coffee, my good friend felt dutiful to enhance my experience, on the house, with 3 different extractions of the mother of all coffees, the Irgachefe (Yirgacheffe). Each version of this Ethiopian gem, levels and variably intensifies the notes and aromas of blueberry, citrus, and oaky honey. This experiential walk through, has indeed been the best conversation between barista and coffeehead.
