Another -booty day- in the books 🍑 Day 45/80.
I started thinking about what I’m going to do fitness wise after this program...will I take a week off, then let it snowball into a month, then two months... NO. I realized that is my pattern, my downfall when it comes to my fitness. And for the first time I don’t have those thoughts. My thoughts instead are about this lifestyle change, this habit change and how I will continue to improve my health, fitness, wellness and life AFTER this 80 day program.
