There once was this girl who felt ugly and lost. Every day, she tried to hide her insecurities with sarcasm and fake confidence. She was happy for the most part, but hated walking past a mirror and would avoid them whenever possible. She tugged at her clothing and never put things in the dryer for fear that yet another thing would “shrink.” She would often skip meals only to end up going crazy with food later in the day. She was just unhealthy and sad.
Then one day, she found this at home workout program that would change her life. It came along with an amazing group of people who would support her on her journey. They would be the ones to keep her on track and help when she was feeling like that lost girl she once was. She finally started feeling confident, not just pretending she was. She glanced at herself in mirrors when passing, proud of all that she accomplished. She learned how to have a healthy relationship with food. She was finally truly healthy and happy.
