Here is my six months fitness progress ❤️ I started my home work out three months before 2017. Since i hadn’t felt significant progress doing home work out, i started going to gym at the start of 2018 January (workout)(fitness)
There, i learned myself to lift weights, and the result is such a WONDER! ❤️ 😊 ❤️ The biggest fitness misconception in Indonesia is that women are afraid to lift weight for fear of being muscular!
But you know what? proudly to say, it is a MYTH!

Many lovely girls go to the gym only to do some cardios over and over again. While it is not that bad to do cardio couple of times in a week, but to have a toned, fit body, you need to put your muscles on the ACTIVATED💕 💗 ❤️ Have a lovely day!
