I workout at home more than I do the gym.
I do have a lot of equipment due to my at home training business I ran for many years, but I don't have machines and I don't have cables. So....bands are my go to when I want to simulate a cable exercise. Don't let them fool you. They are often times very difficult depending on the thickness and tension.
