Sicily Saturday, know where our foods from. 🇮🇹🍊
“ I want to organize this event for free, want authentic Italian food spirits to be accessible, want people to enlighten their taste and sensation to distinguish Good Food and learn more about where their foods are from, know the story behind and willing to eat Better, make conscious choices for their food. That’s the reason why I bring all the Sicilians (producers) here.”
Our elegant Italian friend Alessandra, the owner of our favorite Italian épicerie in Paris @rap_epicerie organize this fabulous feast of Sicilian Gastronomy in a modern galerie at #paris10
. Putting her foot in Paris starting this amazing authentic Italian grocery store, where I called my Italian pandora box, Alessandra has always sticked faithfully to her belief of introducing the best, artisan and mostly #organic
ingredients from her origin.
The success of the store doesn’t limit her from pursuing a higher and farther journey, continuously using food as a language to create the green ripple in cultural influence of making modern parisiens toward a healthier living. .
Alessandra told us next week is going to be #worlditalianweek
, a series of “Know your food” events coming up @rap_epicerie , if you happen to be in Paris. Don’t miss it ! And of course, meeting @rap_epicerie and other green food story tellers soon on @plant_a_douce official website. .
