Those BIG ideas that are simmering inside of you aren't going away. You know it's only a matter of time before they come to the boil. You can't put a lid on the creativity that longs to be expressed. The creativity that is unique to YOU! I know this because I feel those exact same feelings and have done for as long as I can remember. Those inspired ideas that people label as "just another flash in the pan" , that lead you to question your capabilities and quickly diffuse your enthusiasm. It doesn't feel good, it leads us to question why we can't just be contented with the societal norm. But that's not what I was created for and its not what YOU were created for. You are destined for greatness and those expansive, inspired ideas of genius aren't going anywhere. But you are, if you act on your "impulsive" magic! πŸ’–πŸ’œπŸ’™
Don't be afraid to jump in πŸ’¦
If fear wasn't part of the equation what would life look like? How would your dream business be serving the world? Stop and take a moment to imagine a limitless life, a life brimming with not only possibilities but realities. Creating your dream existence is not supposed to be out of reach, left to fade into oblivion. The life you imagine is your destiny, and it's waiting for you to switch fear for faith in a life of your own design.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend πŸ’–

*HOW TO DEAL WITH OVERWHELM* With passion and drive often comes a lot of anxiety. The quest to be a picture-perfect entrepreneur with a six-figure debut launch can leave us feeling like maybe we're not cut out for the #bossbabe  life. When overwhelm strikes, here are two simple steps you can take: 1. Attach desire to inspired action. Really get clear on your desired outcome. Imagine how you will feel once you have achieved it. This will create a burning desire to get the job done, and allow you to step into the shoes of your future self. 2. Build habit and discipline by breaking tasks down into small, measurable chunks, and rewarding yourself as you tick each one off your to-do list. Remember, taking baby steps is better than standing still. Above all, be kind to yourself and recognise how far you've come! Sometimes in the waves of change, we find our new direction ✨
My top 3 hashtag tips: 1. Instagram allows you to use 30 hashtags per post... but that doesn't mean you should always use them all! Studies have shown that to beat the algorithms, it's best to mix it up. Always use between 25 and 30. 2. Speaking of mixing up, it's always better to use a variety of hashtags. Use some of the really popular ones, a few of the lesser used hashtags and a couple that are general to your industry. This covers all bases and widens your reach. 3. Hashtags are the number one way to spread your content, but they can look spammy when placed in the caption of your post. To keep everything neat and tidy add your hashtags as a comment underneath your post.

Are you taking care of your smartphone better than you are taking care of yourself? We've all felt that panic when our phone battery gets into the red zone, but many of us ignore the signs that our own energy levels need charging up. I love wellness coach @_louise_thompson 's suggestion to check our own battery levels regularly. Louise recommends that you check your personal energy every time you check your phone/tablet/laptop's energy. "If it's running low, give it a quick boost with a walk round the block. A chat with a friend. Five minutes quiet time. Going to bed early. Ditching the coffee for a peppermint tea. Little recharging pit-stops that keep your battery topped up. Take care of yourself better than your smartphone," she concludes. Do you keep an eye on your body's energy levels? I'd love to hear how you recharge when your battery is getting low!
