Who doesn't love chicken nuggets?! This healthy recipe here tastes just as delicious, minus the guilt!
You're going to need the following:
450g boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Cut the chicken into small chunks and mix thoroughly with the flour and the seasoning together. Place the chunks on to a tray and coat with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven (220c) for about 15 minutes and you're good to go!
